A little election story

I went to vote with my mom, thank god ma kan ako za7ma, anyways so we go up to the door and there were two police(?) checking the jinseyas at the door, the guy on the right to my moms jinseya and the one on the left took mine.  My mom walked in while the guy was still checking mine (BUROOOD) anywyas i take mine and walk in quickly after my mother and I hear the police on the right saying
“Laa7tha la7tha shloon dashaat!! hathy bit9awet! cham 3omorha, cham 3omorha” 

I just turned around and smiled and kept on walking.

I am really sick of hearing all the BS that many of the candidates keep repeating to get ppl to vote for them.  Anywho, as I read the newspaper today I see this article (LINK) Where the candidates of 7ADAS in the 2nd district ili uhma D3aij Al-Shemmeri wil 7arbash state that “the rule of segregation in school has been implemented in the US before Kuwait”

Awal shay, why do you pick and choose what you want to take from the US?  The us has CHOICES, ppl have the CHOICE to put their children in seperated classrooms or classrooms with both genders.  THAT is why it was implemented in the US. La and NOW the US is right?  Ya3ni other things they do make them “the enemy of islam” and now you guys want to copy them?

Just because it is ur beliefs don’t force them on other ppl, not everyone in kuwait wants segregation.  Many people work so hard just to let their kids go to private schools.  Ana agool bedal la it7i6oon doobkum doob il madaris il kha9a, fix the public schools first so ppl are not FORCED to pay an arm and a leg for their kids education.

Can you keep a straight face?! I usually can’t, for the most part I have a smile on my or I am giggling OR I’m staring lost in my own little world.  Anyways the other day I was walking in the parking lot (I was wearing a yellow dress), and a bunch of guys crossed my path and all of a sudden they started screaming “3aaaaaash il qadsaawy 3aaaaaash 3aaaaaaash” *chak chak chak* (ya3ni 9afga), usually a3fis wayhi chena they bothered me or I bite the inside of my cheek so I don’t show my goofy smile, bas these guys cracked me up.

My mother and I were in the car, I was driving and we were talking about something.  All of a sudden I see a speedbump (THATS NOT COLORED) right infront of me, its too late to break so we fly over it (thank god I am in an SUV).

I admit its a stupid show bas I love it ;p  The drama between Lauren and Heidi is so hilarious, seriously.  Bas when Lauren told Heidi “I want to forgive you and I want to forget you” o0o0of shay 3ajeeeb!

I can’t believe Heidi lost all her friends for that prick spencer.  Not only is he a weirdo , ya3ni ta9arofata wayed ghareeba, hes also FUGLY!! And hes so obsessive and possesive and wai3 wai3 just WAI3.

GOD I hate how my moms friends keep on butting into my life and trying to make my decisions for me.  First it was the marriage subject.  NOw its my Masters degree subject!!!

Min 9ijhum?!?!?!!

I have been planning this for the past 2 years, and now when its almost FINAL they try to tell me not to leave! She’s trying to get me to stay in my job because she has “plans” for me. Which are merely “plans” we all know how these “plans” can go wrong in the corporate world!!! I am not going to sit around and WAIT FORA FREAKING PLAN.  I WANT TO GET MY MASTERS I HAVE MY OWN PLANS! WAI3 WAI3 WAI3.  I am paying on sunday to finalize this .. so no one can change my life.

I woke up this morning with a nose so congested, like the 405 (in LA) during rush hour, and since I have left the house it has not gotten any better.  In addition to a blocked nose, my head is starting to hurt, my eyes are itching and my throat hurts.  I don’t remember it being this bad when I was in Highschool, or was it? 

Anyways, 2 of my friends travelled today, and one left a couple of days ago.  Even though its gonna be for a short while, I miss them already :s I’m such a sap, but what can I say, I am a girl
