The “Real” Kuwait

I’m sitting here at Mirims house, and we’re remembering our childhoods in Kuwait.  Even though I sit here and complain about Kuwait, I love it, it gave me the best childhood ever and I would NEVER wish otherwise.

I remember waiting the WHOOOOLE year for girgai3an, and all the kids in our fireej going out together and gargi3ing around the fireej.  When everything was soo much easier and so nice.

And to those who say 3adat oo taqaleed.  Let me remind you what Kuwait used to be.

and eshda3wa .. this is for you 😉

Aaah.. !! *homesick*… 9ij mako 3ala lekwait..!!! They really should reproduce such songs and create new ones.. with these kinds of performance.. really cute kids dancing, different colors everywhere.. some well written lyrics.. with a great meaning.. These days we get the “star” as nabeel sh3ail or the others.. and men preforming the dances.. Do u remember wa6ani 7abeebi and its effect on the society ? it was one of the best patriotic songs from ages.. There should be a new re-born tradition in Kuwait during the Liberation day and National day.. every year they should hold such shows.. so the nationalistic feeling return to the people!
